BUMBOARDING AND WATERSLIDE PARTIES

THE KIDS PARTY VENUE

A 20m long ski slope where kids use plastic disk to slide down.

Your party is private so we guarantee the exclusive use of the venue for the duration of your party - this includes the lapa, bumboarding slope and children’s play area. The Jungle Gym, trampoline and zip line is all part of the play area.

We supply tables, seating (enough for 20 adults), fridge/freezer, microwave & electric jug.

PARTY PRICES

We offer affordable packages to make your child’s birthday party one they will never forget!

Weekdays and Saturdays: R2600

Sundays and Public Holidays: R2800

2-hour private parties for up to 20 children an additional cost for additional children (worked out on a pro-rata rate).

ADDITIONAL FUN

·         4x4 jumping castle at an additional cost of R450 (only for children up to 8 years).

·         THE WATERSLIDE - summer months: Giant waterslide party – 12m long, 5m high waterslide into the pool. Bring swimming costumes.

PARTY TIMES

Saturday and Sunday Parties are scheduled at the following times:

9:30 am  -  11:30 am;

12pm - 2 pm;

2:30pm  -  4:30pm.

Parties booked during the week may be arranged at different times, with the latest time being 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm.

CATERING

Parents tdo their own catering and bring with all other catering equipment (including cutlery & crockery, teas & coffees etc). 

BOOKING PARTIES

Parties are booked at specified times that are. PLEASE BOOK BY TELEPHONE eliminating lots of to & fro.

Once you are booked we will send you a booking confirmation and you will be required to pay a 50% deposit within 48 hours to confirm your booking, with the balance being due 10 days before your party.  The onus is on the hosting parents to ensure that the dates and times arranged are booked exclusively for your event.

Parties not cancelled within 21 days of the event will forfeit their deposit. There are no refunds due to inclement weather. The host of the party must sign an indemnity on behalf of all the participants at the party.

CHANGE-OVER of PARTIES

We allow 30 minutes changeover between parties. During this time the party that is occupying the venue must begin vacating the table and lapa so that the following party can begin to bring in their catering. We find that this is ample time for both parties to set up / pack up. There will be a supervising attendant to help speed up the process. The last party of the day must vacate the premises within 30 minutes of the end of the party.

CORPORATE FUNCTIONS

Corporate functions may be arranged. Please contact us for your year-end or teambuilding functions.

CASUAL BUMBOARDING

We hold casual bumboarding sessions on a daily basis depending on availability. We are usually full for private parties on the weekends but most weekdays are available. We like to put as many kids together in a session so phone 011 781 6528 to check when the next session is scheduled. The session is up to 2 hours and we charge by numbers and arrangement. Very popular over the school holidays. Parents are welcome to bring snacks or a picnic.
